Zoe Lam Hernandez brings community-health leadership experience and supports family medicine research through patient-centered clinical operations and longitudinal follow-up. As a Sub-Investigator within the Research Management Partners (RMP) network, this clinician contributes to protocol implementation, participant assessments, safety monitoring, study documentation, and coordinated follow-up. The combination of direct patient-care experience, research familiarity, and commitment to protocol compliance and data quality supports reliable execution across Phase II–IV clinical research programs.
