Idalmys Justi is a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and experienced clinical research professional with expertise in both medical and psychiatric clinical trials. As a Sub-Investigator and CNS Clinical Rater within the Research Management Partners (RMP) network, she has supported Phase I–IV studies in psychiatry, infectious diseases, cardiometabolic disorders, respiratory conditions, and vaccine development. Her combined background as an internationally trained physician and advanced practice provider, together with her experience in psychiatric assessments, patient safety monitoring, protocol compliance, and clinical data collection, makes her a valuable contributor to successful clinical research programs.
