Dr. Lapco is board certified in Otolaryngology, completed a research fellowship and surgical training, has published in ENT literature, and has been in private practice for more than two decades. Within the Research Management Partners (RMP) network, Paul E. Lapco supports clinical research in ent / otolaryngology – head & neck surgery through protocol-based patient evaluation, eligibility review, participant safety monitoring, and longitudinal follow-up. The investigator’s established clinical relationships and research experience support efficient patient identification, strong participant engagement, high-quality documentation, and consistent study execution across sponsor and CRO programs.
